Former Board Member Elena Kagan Sworn as Supreme Court Justice

The Advantage Testing Foundation congratulates our former Trustee Elena Kagan on being sworn in as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. In 2009, Justice Kagan resigned from the Board of Trustees of the AT Foundation and from her Deanship of Harvard Law School upon her nomination to Solicitor General by President Barack Obama. As an original member of the AT Foundation's Board and a founding partner of the Trials program, Justice Kagan’s contributions to advancing our mission have been invaluable. In addition to being one of the preeminent legal scholars of her generation, Justice Kagan is an outstanding leader and public servant.
