David W. Pollak
David Pollak is one of four leaders of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, the largest law firm in the nation. He is the managing partner of operations, responsible for the firm’s financial performance, and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Mr. Pollak represents clients in mergers and acquisitions and public and private offerings of securities and advises clients on matters under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The legal community often calls upon Mr. Pollak to testify as an expert witness on M&A and securities law transactions. For the last several years, he has served as adjunct professor at the New York University School of Law. Mr. Pollak earned his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from Princeton University.
